That same motivation led to the development of ProDoc eFiling. ProDoc has served as an eFiling Service Provider, (EFSP) since the introduction of eFiling in Texas courts in 2003. ProDoc continues to develop its eFiling and eService applications to provide attorneys the best service possible. Today ProDoc serves as the EFSP in more transactions than any other unsubsidized provider. ProDoc leveraged their experience in the development of eFiling. The same programming team that has worked for years with ProDoc continues to develop the ProDoc eFiling program. ProDoc stores the data of all your eFilings and eServices indefinitely and retains your documents for eFilings and eServices for at least one-year at no additional fee. ProDoc automatically converts your word processor based documents to a machine-readable pdf format as required by the eFiling system. eFiling and eService reports can be filtered and sorted on several fields and exported to assist in reconciling your credit card billings, client billing or other use. ProDoc offers you the ability to specify Filer Delegates. ProDoc’s Notifications allows you to designate others to automatically receive notifications from our system when you eFile. Notifications are sent when an eFiling is submitted and when it is accepted or rejected by the court. ProDoc eFiling also sends notifications for inbound and outbound eService. ProDoc provides live webinars to guide you through the eFiling system step by step. The webinars are conducted either by the ProDoc Manager or an experienced ProDoc attorney developer and allow you to ask any questions you may have. These webinars qualify you for a one hour MCLE credit. ProDoc’s support includes experienced technical support team members who may be contacted via email or a 1-800 support number. Any issues not resolved by this team are escalated to the ProDoc eFiling manager in Universal City, TX. This office is home to the ProDoc programming team and if necessary, their help is enlisted in issue resolution.
