The ALN eFiling Portal has been delivering eFilings to California Courts for more than 10 years and has launched to several new states including Texas in 2021. With single sign-on and password management covering over 2000 courts, the eFiling Portal represents a significant advancement in eFiling workflow consolidation, error prevention and user experience.

National players will also want to take note of two eFiling integration initiatives launching in 2021: one which brings eFiling receipts into AmericanLegalNet’s eDockets software for automatic docketing, and the other which makes possible the “kickoff” of an eFiling directly from eDockets. Both initiatives will streamline the workflow for users and reduce the amount of data re-entry, a critical risk management pain point.
